Our History

Legacy and commitment

Our journey is guided by our passion for creating excellence and our commitment to industry intelligence, proprietary design, and customer desire.

The SoHome Group has existed for 25 years, but Mr. Miguel Samorano began our history more than 80 years ago in the countryside of Paraná. The family patriarch started a career in the furniture market that has now spanned four generations.

    Mr. Antônio and Mrs. Antônia Samorano, 2nd generation, founded a new planned furniture company
  • Sohome | 1998

    Mr. Antônio and Julio Samorano, the family’s 3rd generation in the furniture industry, founded Century, the SoHome Group’s first brand
  • 2011
    Sequoia Empreendimentos is founded
  • Sohome | 2017

    Start of export activities

    Julio Cesar and Nathalia Samorano, the 4th generation of the family, take over the group’s management

    Harmony Studio joins SoHome Group
